When Covid-19 emerged rapidly it made evident how #HealthLiteracyis a crucial tool for prevention. Along with system preparedness, individual preparedness is key for solving complex threats of the #NewNormal.

We are willing to bring this debate into the SME ecosystem ⚙️ #SMEs can contribute in many ways to the workers motivation to modify their personal health behaviours in a positive way which would benefit employees and employers alike and ensure healthier and a more productive economic environment.
