Adopted in November 2020, the Pharmaceutical Strategy seeks to implement a regulatory framework that supports the industry in conducting and promoting research and technologies to better fulfil the therapeutic needs of the European citizens. Based on four pillars, this strategy will ensure the access to affordable medicine, support competitiveness and innovation, enhance crisis response and promotes a high level of quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
