Is the EU building a future-proof framework for ecommerce by taking into account new business models, such as local delivery marketplaces, which empower local brick & mortar retailers with on-demand 25-30 min delivery services to local consumers? Do planned rules make sense for online marketplaces, consumers, SME merchants, and delivery service providers?
