Digitisation of Europe’s SMEs is making progress - just far too slow. Clear time limits must be laid down and best practices put to use. Tapping in to existing networks and working with all partners to reach, activate, teach, and, hence, integrate SMEs in to the digital economy, are proving to be successful due to to their reach and resources and thereby need to be included in to the EU’s existing SME policy framework.
