SME Connect Better Regulation Forum Working Group Meeting

On December 13, the SME Connect Better Regulation Forum held a stakeholder meeting to discuss the 2025 roadmap, explore ways to organise the Forum more effectively, and reflect on the progress made by partners on this topic. The group emphasized the importance of tailoring regulations to the size of enterprises and leveraging the underutilized network of national SME Envoys to enhance governance. Clear messaging, political support, and outreach to local communities were identified as key priorities, aligning with the European Commission’s Better Regulation agenda.

Participants included: Taxpayers Association of Europe (TAE), European Economic Senate (EES), Danish Entrepreneurs (DI), European Enterprise Alliance (EEA), SME Global, Food Federation Germany, Herbalife, Amazon Austria & Switzerland.

Press release: Launch of the Better Regulation Forum.
