POWERING RESILIENCE 2025:
How the Baltic States Are Securing Energy, Cyberspace & Society Against Russian Pressure

In 2025, the Baltic States are writing a new chapter in Europe’s security story. Their historic grid synchronisation with Continental Europe has not only ended decades of energy dependence on Russia, but also signalled a decisive step toward strategic autonomy. Yet as the region strengthens its defences, pressure from hybrid threats is mounting—from cyberattacks on energy systems and critical undersea infrastructure to disinformation, supply-chain vulnerabilities and cross-border operational challenges.

This webinar will examine how Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are powering resilience across energy, cyberspace and civil society, what lessons their experience holds for Europe’s other frontline states and how to turn their hard-won independence into lasting security. We will unpack the sync milestone, resilience beyond the wires, fused physical-cyber defence, diversified supply chains, EU integration and cross-border drills, and aim to show how the Baltic playbook scales across Europe.
